"Staff at this venue were genuinely supportive. Example was when I had a medical emergency and they arranged to get me to a hospital ASAP. A negative point is certain rooms are not as sound proof as you expect from a 5-star hotel, particularly if there is a wedding ceremony and guests are staying at "
