"This is my third stay at the Kempinski! Beyond excellent service will keep me coming back. Comfortable, quiet, and friendly. Three little details stick out: 1) remembering my name (even the doorman!), 2) Having a to-go coffee and breakfast waiting at our 6:00am departure, and 3) three individuals helping me for 25 minutes with an eSIM glitch on my phone. Why would I ever stay anyplace else? Splendiferous"
