"No microwaves in room. Staff seemed unhappy being there. Rooms were clean and not dated. Wanted to stay a third night and was told they were booked. Went online and there were plenty rooms available. We left and went to the Hyatt Centric instead. In the end, Hyatt still retained our business. Received better service at another of their properties."

"I stay here at least once a year. It is one of the few hotels that still has a working hot tub. It is conveniently located to almost everything. The hotel is nice and rates are reasonable."
