The property, rooms and facilities are beginning to look a little tired and the staff are struggling. The swimming pool and spa are a long way away but there used to be buggies to pick you up especially during the heat of the day. Phones not working so room service was difficult. "We loved staying at this hotel and found the setting and scenery very beautiful. the hotel consists of little bungalows inside the forest, right next to the lake. I would like to see more information about the hotel services to be more readily available in the rooms and public areas (ie spa & other facilities). the pool should be renovated and enlarged. Also the hotel should provide some paddle boats and kayaks for rent so that people can enjoy the beautiful lake."
