"Hotel overall is pretty good. The new renovations to the Wood Tavern and the other lounge are great. The room is comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel is ok, not much you can do about that. The concern I had was that I would have been charged $12 per day (with taxes) for parking. I asked the check in staff "what do I get for $12 a day?"...because it's not coverd parking it's not indoor it's not heated ,there are a limited number of plug ins for car heaters, and most concerning...

"The hotel was close to our appointment the Pan Am Sports clinic. The staff were friendly. The hotel has been remodeled and very nice. The breakfast is very good.There is a restaurant right in the hotel that opens later. "

The Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre, Ascend Hotel Collection

"We’ve always loved the history and grandeur of this hotel and it was awesome to finally have a chance to stay here! Our room was exactly what we hoped for: huge comfy bed, spacious and all the amenities. It was awesome to have a drink in the lobby before our Christmas party, and even better to return to our comfortable room after the party. Great place!"
