"Fantastic hotel, from climbing up the marble staircase to the lovely bedrooms to taking timeout in the spa complex everything was perfect. Well worth the little extra. "

"Lovely place - spacious room and lovely bathroom. The only downside was room service when we enquired, not being all hours or possible past 10pm as stated on website. Would stay again "

"Room warm dry and clean. Very convenient for the city centre . On main bus and tram routes with passing traffic 20 hrs a day, however didnt hear a sound when window closed. Staff extremely helpful and English spoken. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely go back."
