"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"Beautifully designed and comfortable room. It was spacious and ergonomically designed room. I loved the built in large luggage table (well covers a large check-in suitcase fully opened) and the built in bench along the whole window to sit on and to put items on. Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom. The bath tub was nice and deep. Our room was by the elevator but didn't notice any noise from the corridor. There was a water dispenser to refill water bottles by the elevator landing...
