"Excellent front desk service; all the staff was very kind, helpful and empathetic with our needs. We even returned to the same hotel a couple of days later. "Lefay is a stunning resort with picturesque views. The rooms are gorgeous as is the outdoor pool. The only downside is the hotel is on the top of the mountain so it is a little airy to drive up and down and takes nearly 20 mins to get down. If you are looking for a beautiful spa to just relax, it is just perfect."

"the staff was truly amazing. front desk manager Clara is fantastic. the hotel is far from the center of Milan. however Tram no. 12 is the champ!!. it connects the hotel to the center in 22 minutes ride."

"My visit was during cold and rainy weather, the location was central to everything I wanted to do and the size of the room/ bathroom was perfect. Everything worked and it was very clean. Samar kept my room in good shape for a 7 night stay and the staff supported me with calling taxis every morning that came within 5 minutes. Thank you Sheraton Diana Majestic team for an amazing birthday stay. "

"I was looking for an affordable hotel during salone which is imposible this was my option thinking I may was not going to get something very nice, it did exceed my expectations from clean, look, location, staff, the housekeeper, and as an interior designer the design and aesthetic amazing. It is under construction but it didn’t bother me I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever. Great highly recommend"

"The hotel is located in a vibrant area of Milan with shops and restaurants, in abundance. The M1 metro line station is conveniently situated a few steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak very good English! Like many older Italian hotels, the rooms have character and are adorned with marble bathrooms. The room was spacious with a large bed, fridge and safe. In contrast, the dining room on the top floor was modern with floor to ceiling glass doors. The breakfast catered for all tastes, with a selection of hot dishes, cold meats, fruits and pastries. A nice little touch, was the marshmallow treats in reception!"
