"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints i have is that this hotel dosent look or feel like a 4 star hotel. The staff and the service and attention they gave were 4 star but the hotel is maybe a 3 star. "

"This hotel looks amazing from the pictures and it is APPARENTLY a 5 star and a Relais & Chateaux. I have stayed in plenty of 5 star hotels and Relais & Chateaux and I can tell you this is not one of them!!! I doubt any money has been invested in this hotel since the 1970s at best. The hotel room smelled musty. There was absolutely zero luxury anywhere. If you want to have a shower you have to stand holding the shower head in your hand. The WiFi is non-existent. "The location is excellent. The bed was super soft. The only issue was the heater, which didn't seem to be working. We called reception, but no one picked up the phone. It was the end of the year so we were expected to find a few staff. But over all it was good."
