Tomorrow morning I complained cause of insomnia due to cold in the room. Finally she called a man to brought the heater fan to overcome. Basically the receiptionist was reluctant to do...

"Check in closes at 10.00.p.m. at a major tourist area. The plane with tourists from the capital, Helsinki, does not arrive at the closest airfield until 10.30.p.m. They need to consider this. The afterhours lockbox is situated outside. It was minus 25 Celsius and dark when we arrived. The lockboxes inside need two fingers for the metal buttons on either side. I still have peeling finger skin two weeks later from having to touch them. The lockbox should be situated in an inside lobby - very poor....
