"We stayed at two different hotels; Santasport was the better hotel. Rooms are clean. There is a mini fridge and microwave with plates and utensils. We would stay here again. The other hotel we stayed at was Hotel Aakenus. I would stay away from that hotel. Old and was more expensive. "

"We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. "Lovely cozy small hotel, the staff are so friendly and amazing, especially Marjut, she went above and beyond helping me with the check-in and instructions since my check in was after 9 and there was no staff working beyond this hour!"

"Stayed in Studio with Sauna. The room was spacious enough for solo traveler, and a small kitchen was available which was good. Sauna worked well. But the building was quite old, and the bedroom was a bit cold when sleeping. Looked not very clean, and there was some uncomfortable smell at shower room. "
