"The rooms were comfortable but didn't realize the first floor bathrooms would be open to nature. We found a frog in our bathroom one morning and the last morning found a lizard in our bathtub. I'm all for nature but outside of my room. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy of the our own pool and common area."

"This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. The staff is very nice, the pool and villa is very large for a 1 bedroom and even offers more room than some 2 bedrooms due to the layout. The pictures are representative of the place and our family likes how open it is in the livingroom area. "Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. "We stayed in Villa Kayu (4 bed) - it was stunning! The pool was amazing, we liked that each of the rooms was a little separate so that we had plenty of privacy if we wanted it. The food in the villa was superb and the staff friendly and attentive. The massage services were great, the decor and layout super. The beds were super comfy and the mosquito curtains all in really good condition. We'd definitely stay here again!"
