"Arrived just before midnight to check in for my stay to find that there was no staff there as they’d all been fired during day by hotel management and that the hotel had closed down. Had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. So not a great experience to be honest. "

"Best hotel im Canggu and our new favorite and will definitely stay here next time. First as everywhere in bali the staff is extremely nice and friendly, however the team in Koa goes above and beyond to help and make your stay great. The hotel is super clean and trendy. It has a fresh airy atmosphere much better than many 5 star that are humid and moldy. The location is super convenient, few min walk to Atlas Finns and Canggu strip, also its tucked away from the busy area so can get a quite stay...

"Not what I expected. Photos are very ..very old. I was comfortable enough but cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. Had to ask for breakfast to be cleared. Everything a little outdated and damaged. One night the rnb club was unbearable loud till 1am and on the last day they sprayed fir mosquitos. This was fine but the Villa had cracks in every doorway so the fumes wafted in. Staff however were very friendly and attentive. The place just needs a bit of love."

"Highly recommended. Really beautiful hotel that has everything you need. There is a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel, good restaurants, bar with a nice sunset view, beach at the front of the hotel, spa with amazing massage and spacious rooms. We had a really good stay, the only downside for us was how damp the room was. There was water dripping from the ceiling and the floor was wet just from the humidity. I would still recommend the hotel."
