"First time visiting Caangu area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had an array of lovely eateries within minutes and shops for some retail therapy in very easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful & friendly and I even got a room upgrade to a premium king suite which was a bonus! Beautiful rooms & given my room faced the road, I slept uninterrupted and didn’t hear any traffic noise! I also managed to see the sunrise in the morning too which I didn’t know if I’d see but as I drew the curtains, there it was! "

"The rooms are fantastic, awesome rooftop pool. It's in a fantastic central location. My only frustration is their restaurant staff never know how to get the payment done for any food. Like just charge to the room or take payment... Other than that it really is a fantastic hotel. "

"We loved our time at the Soul House. We were a family of 5 and we stayed there over the Christmas 2024 break. I would definitely recommend the resort. It had everything we could have asked for. The people who worked on the premises all had smiles on their pearly white teeth. We plan on returning again soon."
