"The best staff I have seen in around 50 visits to Bali. The breakfast restaurant staff in particular were just amazing. They quickly learned what we liked and made sure it was available. Sliced mangoes, sushi, and a particular type of dim sim were placed on the table without our having requested them. "We had an amazing time at Grand Hyatt Bali. The staff are always friendly and go over and beyond to help out. The hotel complex is so well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The variety of pools is great, the beach right in front of the resort. Restaurants offer great quality of food. Big shout out to the team at the Nampu Japanese Restaurant, you were the best and we enjoyed every breakfast with you. "
