"It’s a beautiful resort but not very well maintained. Out bathroom ceiling was full of mold and it smelled terribly. Nice pool but it was very hot, not even refreshing and over 30 degrees outside. Nice beach but not enough umbrellas. Overall good experience but not 5 star. "

"The location is great, and the bed was really comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing. However, the bathroom could use some attention, as there was a bit of a smell, and the door was difficult to open and close due to being broken. Additionally, there was a small leak in the faucet. With a few minor fixes, this place would be even better. "

"Lovely property in a safe location, Breakfast was amazing, staff were lovely and resort well presented. Quiet and peaceful location with plenty of other hotels within walking distance. Rooms were a little tired for the price. Our main disappointment was the pool as it wasn't family friendly - very deep in the majority of it, beyond average adult height and only a very small portion that is child friendly. Young children 3-7 not well catered for due to depth - splash pool more suitable to babies...

"We have stayed at this hotel before and again are expectations were met and more. We got an upgraded room on arrival. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are lovely and it was quiet. We used the shuttle bus to Bali Collection and the beach club . The beach club beach was clean . We will definitely be returning "

"We stayed here for 11 nights and overall, enjoyed our stay. The suites were in need of an update but they were large and it was lovely to have a separate breakfast area (although it had less options than the main one) and pool for this block. The main pools in the hotel were also great and the fake beaches were a hit with our children. There were plenty of activities at the kids club. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite, and the transport desk was helpful in organising any day trips which...
