No down service, only soft drinks in mini bar and that’s about it. The “pristine villas” are run down and maybe therefore empty all the time. Better management and more realistic prices will make it a better place. "

"Thi hotel had great large rooms with a comfy bed, a bathtub and a separate shower, and even a bidet! They were super helpful with laundry and transport, when we needed it. The breakfast was really good, they made us omelettes and poached eggs on different mornings. They also granted us early check in and late check out. The spa and restaurant were also great, I had 2 massages and we had a couple of really nice meals and drinks at the Canoe House"
