"So the property itself was very nice, but when I looked at my credit card charges, I never realized they charged 65 dollars for my dog. When I called about this they were apologetic, but said it was on Expedias site under amenities, when I went back to look at it, it is there but not very noticeable and in the hurry of booking a last minute room I did not see it even though i looked for it. When I checked in they never mentioned the dog charge or what they were charging. And on a fixed income,...

"Other than stains on the couch, room was clean. Although a carpet cleaner started steam cleaning next door at 830 am! That was crazy loud. My son attends WKU so I will be staying there often."

"Went for my wife’s birthday. Hotel was okay…. Nothing fancy. Like the location of being next to 4th Street Live…. Did NOT like that every time we went in or out we were approached by homeless wanting money or cigarettes. (Eight different men). Would not have felt safe sending my wife out alone (or if we brought our kids). Bar area was too crowded to even get our complementary drinks. Like I said…. Okay stay, nothing overly impressive about the place. "

"This hotel is superior to the chains with which we are all familiar. Service is great. Our room was comfortable. The art that we could see was engaging. (Our stay coincided with a change over in some galleries.). We could walk to the location of the event we were in town to attend. A thoroughly enjoyable stay."
