"Great stay--but there was a significant miscommunication with the airport shuttle service. We let them know we would need it before our flight, called when we arrived in Lexington and confirmed we were at the pick up location. Then, we waited an hour before having to call again to ask if they were on their way. They weren't, but they sent someone immediately and the shuttle driver apologized and said he picked up others and thought it was us. He was very kind, but his statement seemed odd to us,...

"My I've-night stay was good. Just needed a place to stay after a planned late night outing that would be affordable. Time were great. Grab and go breakfast was gone before 9:30. Coffee station was fine tho. Front desk staff was helpful and nice."
