"The hotel is in a prime Ramsgate location high up over the harbour; all front rooms have superb views. The welcome was warm and we were shown to our room (22) on the third (top) floor. There was no information about the public areas either verbally or in-room, so we explored & found four charming downstairs rooms. "Had a really good stay at this hotel. Close to the centre of Canterbury and parking available at the hotel. Lovely room and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again"

"Lovely place comfortable room. Very Clean only thing that lets this place down is the breakfast. Was expecting breakfast to be a little more than just full english. There are no cereals, fruit available to help yourself instead they charge extra for it. Plus the tea and coffee wasnt very forth coming. "
