"Coming from America, I wasn't accustomed to service with so much attention to detail. An attendant gave me a number in car anything came up, which it did, allowing me to instantly chat with the front desk when not at the hotel. Toiletries arranged each day. Dry cleaning and laundry was folded and put away when done. Every door held, bag carried, service more than just smiles. Rooms were eco friendly, bamboo toothbrush and combs. "This place was magical! After an 18-hour flight from Canada with our 4-year-old, it was exactly what we needed to rest up for the rest of our journey. The food at the restaurants was amazing and of great quality, and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, especially the garden. The only downside was the construction noise from the renovations, but the overall experience more than made up for it."
