"This is a reasonably nice place and when we first arrived we were quite impressed with the appearance and the location high up on the hill above the town but when we headed to the reception area we were greeted by the most unfriendly woman. A woman in her mid 40s (Frau Svetluse) spoke to me in German and told us we were much too early to check in and had to return at 2 pm.
