"This is a lovely old hotel, but the room I was given (204) is at the top of the lobby stairs and was very noisy. I was awakened several times by noise from the lobby and kitchen. I'm certain other rooms are quieter. "

"The basic room was very large, nicest bath tub/shower we had on our road trip. Only hotel I've seen that had 2 mini fridges in a room. Breakfast was great. I would not use the entrance on the left side of the hotel (that gps directs to) it is extremely steep. Not the hotel's fault, but the air smell can be very bad in that area. "

"We were able to book online and show up 10 minutes later to check in around 1pm - before regular check-in time. We were taking refuge from the ice/snow storm and they had a room for us. I understand this experience is based on room availability but it was much appreciated! The staff was very helpful in helping us get anything we needed. The hotel was right next to the historic area of town but due to the weather we unfortunately couldn't take advantage."
