"This is the second time I have stayed here in the past 6 months. Here is my experience: 1. One person in particular was quite friendly at check in (4pmish) and one was not. At check-out (10:45ish), the single person was not friendly nor helpful with a concern I had. 2. I am an older traveler and requested a room with a toilet grab bar and shower grab bar.
