"Never again will I use this hotel or Hotels.com. I had booked and paid for 3 rooms for my party of 4 persons. I was given two rooms and charged for 5 breakfasts. When I complained to the receptionist/owner I was met with the 'I don not understand' attitude. Hotels.com have been less than useful. Avoid,avoid, avoid. You have been warned"

"We stayed here with our 3 children (aged 9, 6 and 1) for one night on our way to our holiday in Italy. The hotel is attractive with high ceilings and wooden beams. Our room was excellent, with a double bed and bathroom downstairs and a mezzanine with 3 single beds and another bathroom. We also had a nice terrace overlooking the forest. "Not at all as expected from the description. We had a room which was tiny for a twin, no fridge, cooking, table or tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was semi-decaying but more spacious. Carpets looked 20 or more years old. When we arrived we were given linen and towels to make our own beds (unserviced) during stay. This is not a hotel!
