"2 of party were disabled. We asked for ground floor rooms. This was confirmed by email that we had them. On arrival we were put on first floor no lift causing great pain to the 2 of us. Ruined our little break "

"My stay was in an apartment with a separate bedroom and lounge. All was comfortable, spacious and clean. The TV was only in the bedroom and it may have been nice to watch TV in the lounge. Dinner seemed to be available but I was not clear how you ordered it in advance. It would have been nice to have arranged this in advance. "On est arrivés beaucoup plus tard que prévu ayant eux des soucis de voiture. Les personnes qui s occupe de la maison nous attendez avec un grand sourire. Plus de voiture pour 3 jour ils ont etais voir des voisins qui sont venus dés le lendemain nous ramener du pain et m'emmener faire quelques . La maison a une superbe vue et on fait de super randonnée dans la regions en plus il y a de très bon fromage. Je remercie Michaël et sa femme ainsi que les voisins et bien sur Emmanuel pour se superbe...

"The hotel is quite isolated and there are no dining options around. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but I would not rely on that. Luckily it cooled down at night. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it was overpriced for what it offers."

"It ok, however: The air con did not work and felt hot they said it would be fixed but was not had to sleep With an open window on the grownd for the second night! There was no hand dope by the sink. When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning"

"We think that The Enchanted Sittelle is the perfect place to stay. The facilities are complete and as fo the setting and location, among forests and lakes, it couldn't be bettered. Our hosts, Christine and Bénigne, made us feel completely at home. Their welcome was warm and friendly and Christine explained how everything worked in the site so that we never had a problem with anything in the house.
