"The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Our room was small which was ok as that was what was explained. However the bathroom toilet needed to be repaired. The hotel was close to the station and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Vienne. The bikes provided at the information centre were great for exploring the area. "

"This was the final hotel in a week long trip around Europe - a stopping point between south of France and the ferry at Dunkirk, so picked at random. "The staff are welcoming and attentive, I attempted to speak French and when in difficulty found English understood by several staff members. The food & drink quality cannot be faulted, the room and communal areas very clean, WiFi works well :)) On the downside, the bath has a tap with shower attachment but no shower curtain, water inevitably splashes into the bathroom and makes the floor slippy. There was a problem with the bill, additional alcoholic drinks we had not consumed, check your bill...
