"We had everything we needed, location was ideal and treated to a nice view, the place was clean and clearly looked after. Would highly recommend!"

"The apartment is really cute and very functional. We were 2 adults and 4 boys age 16-20, but we had plenty of room in the living room and dining area. Bathroom downstairs is large, shower head a bit too low but no problem and lots of hot water all the time. Linens are €30 per person. Beds are comfortable and good size. The double bedroom was quiet and pleasantly warm. The boys were very happy in the queen sized bunks. Plenty of storage for clothes. Upstairs the bunk room shower doesn’t work...

"My favorite aspect of this apartment is its location close to Parc Paul Mistral, as well as an amazing view of the alps from all windows. It is an amazing experience to wake up to the alps in the morning light, or to watch a thunderstorm over the mountains. Sebastian was immediately receptive to all inquiries I had!"

Owner claimed he didn’t know this and must be some kind of remedial works. No it is a full on building site literally 20 yards from the direct facing balcony area. Also looking back through previous reviews this was pointed out to the owner in March 2024. The advertisement for this property effectively breeches...
