"Beautiful Hotel! Love the fireplace in our room. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was too dark but shower had great pressure. We will be back!"

"Beautiful hotel and excellent staff and service. I was awakened twice in the middle of the night by really loud crashing sounds coming from a nearby building that sounded like commercial dumpsters being emptied. Idk what the hotel could do about that if anything, but it was really startling and is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for surrounding property. The hotel itself is truly wonderful. Thank you!"

"This property has been our favorite since our daughter moved to Des Moines. She lives in the Fleming Building, which is next to the Surety. The location is great, and we really like the underground parking. We will definitely be back."

"My stay was great. Everything was clean. You could tell the property had been around a while but it was kept up. The only issue I had was a slumber party of little girls running around and using the pool unattended but the hotel addressed it before there was need for a call. Breakfast was great"
