"We had to leave a day early because of an airport staff strike. We didn't expect compensation from the hotel but did expect to be asked to pay only 2 x ciry tax, not 3 because we left early. Allegedly the hotel computer system prevented it. Secondly it is more of a restaurant with a hotel attached than the other way around. "Beautiful hotel, fantastic design along with an eye catching lobby and bar. The cocktail bar is absolutely perfect and the drinks are very carefully made. I don't recommend going with children. We did not observe any families with small children great room service and the availability is beyond what you can ask for. room cleaning also is great and refreshing when u can come back to a clean room.
