Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. "We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic. The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions. The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great! We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival....
