"Staff was wonderful. I was greeted with a smiles and welcome beverage. Check in was swift and easy. Staff was very attentive to needs and very kind and polite. Property and rooms are extremely well maintained and are spacious and beautiful. The dining had exceptional options and the food and beverages were exceptional as well. The proptery holds many options for activities as well. I would definitely return and definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. "

While I’m giving the resort a full 5 stars for its location, amenities, and value, there were a few areas that could use improvement. First, the good: the beaches are absolutely stunning. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy water activities, there’s something for everyone. The resort grounds are well-maintained, and the pools are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the wide range of activities offered, and the spa services were a real treat. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. However, we did encounter some inconsistency, particularly when it came to dining and drinks. Some restaurants were fantastic, while others left us disappointed. There were also moments of unpredictably rude behavior from certain staff members, which stood out because most of the team were kind and attentive. These occasional moments of rudeness were jarring, but they didn’t overshadow the positives of the trip. In summary, despite a few hiccups, the resort offers a great experience overall, and we would consider returning. The beautiful beaches and enjoyable amenities make this a fantastic vacation spot."

"Beachfront location is wonderful with calm clear warm shallow water. There are no beachfront rooms despite the description. Food is great at the restaurant. Renovated suite was tall, spacious enough but could have used a chair. Beach is walkable both ways. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large old trees on the property and adjacent private property. Fireman's Lobster Pit nearby is the real deal with good side dishes as well. There is an off season for lobsters and this was not it!"

"The property is beautiful, and the photos do not do it justice. Ginger was the best butler ever, and Vincent's food was delicious. Joe and Ginger were able to help me with a lot of moving parts including massages, transportation, and groceries. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely return to this villa."
