"I have stayed at Sunset at the Palms four times now and plan on going back in the spring. This place is so inviting. It is calm and laid back. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is one of the best on Bloody Bay. They have a great staff that try and do anything they can to make your vacation special."

"I was disappointed when I arrived which was late in the evening because of the transportation getting there late. I arrived just before 10pm as it was a journey which takes 9 hours to get to the hotel which causes me a lot of stress and anxiety, so you can understand having nothing to eat all that time and was told when I arrived at the hotel that all the restaurants stopped serving food but I can ordered room service which might just be sandwiches. I was left disappointed because I wanted...

"Beautiful resort! We had a swim out suite and it was perfect! Most of the staff were amazing, especially our butlers Condley and Roman who went over and above for us. The food overall was disappointing. "

"The staff was exceptionally well. I really appreciate the housekeeping staff member chaundra. My room was 3013 please know she did a excellent service for my wife and I that needs to be recognized also the shuttle drivers to and from our room was awesome and helpful Sahsha was very hospitable to us. We loved her."
