"I'm vacating my apartment in mons so have been staying at a number of local hotels. Stayed in room 113 for a week. My only negative is no aircon which would be a nightmare in the summer, they do supply a big noisy fan. Perhaps B&B who are new owners will install aircon? Other than that it was an excellent stay, free coffee downstairs 24/7 and a room with a bath. We didn't bother with breakfast as plenty of shops/cafes in Mons. Very comfortable bed, i slept very well. Would recommend the B&B...

"I understand that Ibis is a budget hotel, so I wasn't expecting luxury. However, not having basic amenities like a phone or TV in the room is quite surprising. If a guest needs anything, they're expected to physically go to the reception. I also needed to book a taxi to the airport, and the receptionist was extremely rude. When I inquired about the lack of a phone and TV, the response was simply, 'It is what it is.' This level of service is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to...

"We have stayed here before and will Do again. Although it’s a youth hostel - nobody feels unwelcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. Breakfast is included in the price and there is plenty to fill yourself up. No cooked food other than boiled eggs - but they’re were lovely.
