"Very disappointing that mostly all amenities and pool were closed due to maintenance. The reason we chose this place was due to it’s amenities since you can’t swim in the ocean yet we couldn’t even use the main pools"

"Hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment. The addition of a heat pool would allow for winter swimming like at other hotels in Sanya. Restaurants were limited in selection and tired. Location seemed away from the any other decent off-site dining so overall not a great location if you are looking for a winter retreat. "

"Our trip as a family of 4 with teenagers was good! The views from the balconies are amazing. The beach is across the street making it convenient to go. Staff did not have much English, but with a translation app, were very prompt in helping. Large buffet breakfast. A beautiful spot for afternoon tea as well."

"The room is more than 900 sq ft. and the balcony is so great and comfortable to see the attractive seaview. Gym, swimming pools and spa pools are great for strengthening and relaxation. Wonderful breakfast in western restaurant and delicious food in Chinese restaurant fit our needs very much. Generally speaking, hotel staff are helpful but the daily room cleaner is lazy and lacking in responsibility that she never cleans the cups and refill the utilities. "Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"

"Travelled with a big family and we enjoyed the big and spacious rooms that allowed us to stay comfortably. There was only one or two spots under the table that was dirty (we had to shift it to pick an item that fell). There are several types of bathroom. The ones with the bathtub beside the shower has more space and is more comfortable. The water pressure is good! Hotel staff were responsive and fast when we requested for items. Breakfast buffet had a good spread with a nice sea view in the restaurant. We had to take the lift down to level 1 to access a separate lift to the restaurant but we didn’t have to wait long for the lift so no complains about that. There are also several shopping malls nearby with a wide spread of food and shopping options. It is also quite near Qi Lou Old Street. Would come back to stay again if we visit the area. Do take note that if you drive, there are limited parking space. Might need to check with the hotel on that. "
