"Room was comfortable and affordable. Good location close to the malecon. I would stay here again"

"This is our second time staying at Terrazas. The hotel is conveniently located but security is needed and provided. The suites are spacious and clean. The staff very accommodating. The last morning of our stay, we had an early flight, we had no hot water. That's the only negative mark. Cold shower at 5am it's a little sad."

"Convenient to airport and to getting to tourist attractions. Staff at hotel restaurant were nice. My only complaint was having to wait in the hotel shuttle at the airport for 50 minutes for another guest at the hotel. Shuttle driver should have taken us to the hotel and gone back for the other guest."

There were personal on the scene which transported us to a nearby hotel ( The Palace) which truned out great.
