"Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. "The room was small with no good place to put a 2nd suitcase. But the big attraction was the setting - a very private patio surrounded by vegetation and an attractive pool area. Breakfast (and in our case, dinner) on the patio was very pleasant. Traffic noise from an adjacent road was annoying. All in all, very nice but pricey."

"Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests."
