"The hotel is in a lovely location and the room was clean. There was also plenty of parking. The hotel does not have the name up clearly initially you think you are at the wrong place; would have been very frustrating if trying to find in the dark. The hotel is generally very tired and in need of a major refurb, everything is very dated. "Good stay overall. We stayed for a couple of nights in the family room #10. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The bedroom is made of 2 rooms. The main one includes the double bed and the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The second room has 2 single beds and a separate toilet. Both rooms have a balcony, TV’s and wardrobes. "Really good breakfast, nice swimming pool (smallish) with surrounding decking & chairs, loungers and hammock. Hotel is in 2 parts, divided by a fairly quiet road. We didn't know this, although were aware that we had selected a standard room, not one of the more prestigious ones. Our room was ok, although pretty basic, and we did have a lake view, but it always feels a bit disjointed staying in the annex. Also annex had no lift, and we had lots of luggage. Great location, good parking."
