Waterpark Hotels in Germany from SAR 215

"A lot of value if you are looking for a place outside of Frankfurt. Parking was a reasonable 12 euros for my entire stay with in-out privileges. The ease of access to the pool and sauna made for a relaxing time. Restaurant and the two bars were well staffed. The hotel staff were very accommodating. "

"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there either. I am well traveled and stay away 4 nights a week with work and this was not good."
