"Had a fantastic start to our holiday in France here. Loved the warm welcome, stylish rooms, great pool and short stroll into Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. Felt immediately rested and calm in the hotel, lots of dining options nearby and very safe in the area."

"Incredibly beautiful place in an unexpected discovery that we were staying in an ancient fortress of an ancient city. Could not ask for more in such conditions, where everything was ancient in the city but everything in the hotel was modern. Small room, but incredibly quaint, and the bathroom was glorious, shower was incredible, water pressure and temperature perfect. "We enjoyed our stay in this old but sympathetcally modernised building. It's very central, as the name suggests, and only a short, pleasant, walk from the station. Friendly and helpful people, not a bad breakfast. Spotlessly clean, if slightly faded and no lift but that goes with the building. Good value for what and where it is, we will probably stay again."
