"Beautiful room, lovely grounds, desk staff and dining servers were amazing--great for dinner. But don't yell at the guests for using a wine glass for a juice glass when you have no other drinkware available. The dining service manager was rude, pushy and she did not hestitate to come over to our table and scold me like I was a child. I'm 60. If I want orange juice, I'll use whatever drinkware is available, and if that's a wine glass, so be it. I'm a guest, not your employee. "

"Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et il nous convient bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses (dommage que le café soit disponible dans les chambres mais pas les infusions). L'espace piscine et fitness est top. Les plats servis à la brasserie sont excellents et le buffet desserts toujours bien remplis!!! Dommage, le service était moins bien que d'habitude mais il faut laisser le temps aux élèves de progresser. "

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. One receptionist booked our boat trip for us, when we having difficulties trying to do it from our mobile. Not keen on having to park on the roadside with our hire car. Available spaces were few and far between. A designated parking area would have been preferable. "

"Spacious room with the biggest bed I have ever seen (Super Kingsize?). The room was spotless with a good walk in shower and the onsite restaurant is excellent but very popular so booking a table at check in time is recommended. If you don't fancy the restaurant or it is fully booked, at least there is McDonalds just around the corner. For the price this is by far the best hotel we have found while on a touring holiday. "
