Over water bungalow and surrounding water was beautiful Staff was excellent -5 star and above. Snorkeling , kayak and Paddle board etc. right at the resort. A once in a lifetime vacation for myself. It took us that long to check in. It took 20 minutes to get a porter for our bags. It took 20 minutes to check out. It took 20 minutes to get our bags retrieved from the bungalow. The worst part is that the reception leader was present at a desk and never stepped in to help or change anything. ...
