"It’s a very fun concept, but if you are not from one of the cruises you are almost forgotten about. They have such a crazy influx of people from the cruise that they get overwhelmed and can’t handle everyone. The activities are too expensive for somebody already paying so much to stay at the hotel. It is such a cool place it just does not seem organized and well ran."

"The igloo hotel was amazing! Can't say enough good things about this place. The artistry was amazing. The staff was so nice. They went out of their way to help us multiple times. They even came to tell everyone the northern lights were out. Would definitely recommend and stay there again"

"A stylish hotel in beautiful surroundings. We loved staying here as it is well presented and comfortable. We were made to feel v welcome. Alvin went out of his way to make sure we had a brilliant evening and the cooking by Nina was excellent. Local produce, tasty and felt like home cooked food of top restaurant standard. Would highly recommend. "

"Wonderful place to stay on our way to Nordkapp. If you’re looking for a picturesque hotel tucked into a quiet Norwegian harbor town then this is the place. Comfortable rooms. Tons of places to eat that are walking distance from hotel. Would recommend to others"
