"Lovely parador, great location, comfortable room with good view. Excellent parking, although very TIGHT spaces, challenging to use. Good restaurant, although the dinner was a bit unexciting. Congenial service in the restaurant, somewhat cool at the reception. Overall we were pleased, but it was not up to the level of other paradors where we have stayed."

"We visited Zafra as the first stop of our tour of Extremadura and were very happy with this hotel - historic building ( old castle and pretty courtyard ), lovely room , friendly helpful staff and had a good lunch from the cafe sitting in sunny courtyard ( including delicious vegan option for my wife ).Only a couple of minutes walk to the main square and cheap parking available just outside the hotel .Would stay here again - not too far from Seville airport , so very convenient after flight. ."
