"This hotel is really well located in the centre, so it's easily walkable to everything you need and lots of major attractions, restaurants, food markets etc. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel, both in reception and in the dining areas. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel resturant menu looked excellent although we had already booked other restaurants for dinner. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room flooded every time we used the shower, and the heating wasn't easy to control without...

"Cute hotel, in walking distance from the historic city centre. The hotel itself was very stylishly decorated. The spa and jacuzzi etc were for an extra fee and booking needed to be made to use these. This was not clear in the information. The area is not the nicest of the city, a bit run down and dirty. The room was also a bit old but the decoration was cute and vintage. No complain about cleanliness."

"I tried for a week to cancel and kept being told by hotels,com their system was down. I booked this hotel because it said it offered hotel pick-up . When I contacted them on your message boards they said they did for 100 euros. Eventually when I spoke to hotels.com they chose to believe the hotel when they said I was lying even though the conversation was on the hotels. Com message board . "

"We were not permitted entry and waited outside on the pavement in the rain while the owner 'called Expedia'. Although we made clear when we booked 10 weeks previously that we would be departing at 4:40am to go to the airport, the owner was very volatile and said we cannot do that. The good news is that he walked us to a hotel and paid for us to stay there. "
