"Absolutely fantastic hotel staff. We arrived late into the night after the M was shut down because of a bad car crash. They happily opened the kitchen to fix us sandwiches since we were on the road all day Sunday and food was not easy to find after 6 pm. The major issue was the room itself. The furnishings need to be updated. The bed was hard as a rock with little padding and low to the floor. The pillows were thin and provided little support. The towels left lint all over your wet body...

"Beautiful property on the golf course. Outside the city of Waterford. Only took us 15 minutes to drive over to the medieval Museum and Waterford Crystal tour. Breakfast was excellent, and we had many choices."

"Though the parking area is very tight and the common areas are drab, our room was clean, safe, and comfortable, with an excellent shower. Trust me, in gritty Waterford, the Fitzwilton is a virtual oasis. "

"Property well located. 2nd time staying at Dooleys. First room wasn’t great..shower tray overflowed and room was quite small compared to 1st stay. They changed our room and got a great room. No complaints after this about the room. Service and politeness of staff very good. Only gripe with hotel was that we purchased bottled water to take to bed for two nights running only to find that the water BB date was 24th Aug 2024…and date of visit was nov 2024. It won’t make us ill as only two/three...
