Had a little issue finding the place. There is 2 different addresses on Google Maps for it. Be sure to use the Guest Accommodation address to get to the right spot. Otherwise all went well!

I had to pay cash as card machine apparently broken but said he preferred cash. Noisy with coming and goings at all hours. Had to ask for a blanket as so cold. Very basic continental breakfast. One towel for 4 days. Shower tiny and needs mending.
We had a lovely stay at the Vee B&B. The host was very kind and the room for four people was great. I would most definitely come back here next time I’m in the area.
The room and ensuite bath were clean and comfortable. The window overlooked the driveway. Breakfast foods were fresh and delicious although instant coffee is not my idea of coffee. I drank tea instead. The garden at the back needs attention. I didn't spend any time there because of the weather - it was raining! Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with a friendly and helpful owner.

Disliked: Staff & service
We had to wait for the cleaner to let us in. There was no staff at the property and we had to serve ourself breakfast.
Room was spacious and clean. We ask for a hairdryer and was provided with not only a hairdryer, but also a hair straightener. We were allocated a parking space next door. With was fine. We enjoyed our stay. Red roses infront of house was un full bloom and we could smell them if we opened the windows. Lovely.
Darryl was great! Close to restaurants, safe to walk. Ramen right there is yummy. Roses in front are beautiful and they even left one in our room! Bedding was lovely. Thank you!
For one night it suited me fine.
Other guest were a bit noise coming in but not for long
The heater didn't seem to be giving much heat. Quite cold in the morning.
Nice self service breakfast and supermarkets within walking distance as was dining options
We were told at check in that we could only settle the bill in cash. I am from the UK so had to go to a cash point and pay charges, currency conversion etc, we should have been told this before arrival. In addition place is advertised as a Bed and Breakfast, but it's not what you'd expect. It's continental style, this again should be made clear. Nice clean and tidy house but it's not what I expected. Just be honest and upfront then people know what to expect.
Lovely place but the breakfast arrangements are poor. I knew it wouldn’t be a cooked breakfast but the bread and cereal etc that were left for us were cheap, no fruit juice etc. unfortunately this has let them down in my opinion as otherwise a great place near the Center

Liked: Cleanliness
The best things about this property were that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was very small for a double - the bed fitted in the room but it was difficult to walk around it and the bathroom was tiny. I would advise other travellers that the property does not serve breakfast as such. There is a breakfast room where a range of cereals and milk are available, as well as bread, jam, butter and a toaster. If you want tea and coffee, you need to bring it from your room (not a hardship as such, but it would have been nice to be able to make a drink in the breakfast room).
The lady that was running the Vee was so helpful. The food was great and she was a wonderful hostess. I would recommend the Vee B&B to anyone staying in Waterford.
