"Beautiful hotel. Parking is a little difficult but we rallied though."

"From the moment we walked through that revolving door, we felt cared for. Due to a delayed flight, we were running late for a city tour. The desk staff jumped into action, a gentleman offered to park iur car and then drive us to our tour location. We dumped the luggage, changed our shirts and made it to our tour in time. The restaurant got us in for dinner earlier than our reservation and a good nights sleep followed. The mornings check out when just as well. I just cant say enough about the staffs kindness and willingness to help. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In particular, the front desk helper Ashley who helped with finding washers and dryers for our clothes. The room was spotless and the bathroom as well. The bed was awesome, so much that we hated to get out of it. The breakfast was delicious and the other workers were delightful as well. Each one of them treated us very well. I would visit again. "

"This is a fabulous place to stay within walking distance to the centre of Derry where you have lots of choices to dine and the bars are lively. Also lots of culture and local sites to explore. Excellent value for money with a freshly cooked breakfast. Jim is an excellent host we will definitely be staying again "
