"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "Stay was great BUT we chose this hotel because it advertised electric car charging capability. It had multiple chargers directly facing reception but of the three chargers installed two were occupied all evening and overnight by non electric vehicles. I notified reception and the response was that customers ignore the signs. Surely this is something they should police. "

"I was in town for my citizenship ceremony and spent the night before. The staff were completely lovely and only enhanced the experience of staying there. The room was actually bigger than my apartment in Dublin (which will surprise noone living through this housing crisis...) and was clean, stylish, and cosy.
