"We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. Beds were comfy but room itself is in need of a revamp. Shower screen didnt fit bath properly so the floor got...

"Great location. Lovely hotel- lots of finishing touches- chocs at bed time, nice toiletries, perfect fluffy towels. Great to have a big bath and large walk in shower too! Staff v helpful."

"Very nice hotel & very well located close to railway station. Staff in bar however were not friendly & there wasnt enough staff working there hence long delay for food. We ate in restaurant both nights of our stay & were looked after so well by a friendly waitor called Alex........5 stars for Alex for his patience & friendly manner! "

"It was a great stay! The room was perfect (for a solo traveler). Kind and helpful staff. Only thing I didn't like was that the outside area around the property smelled of cigarette. But this was only an issue the first night. Didn't have this problem the rest of my stay."
