"Lady at reception when I arrived was helpful and polite and professional. Girl at reception when I checked out had poor English and was not very friendly. The Granier cafe adjoining the hotel has very long queues in the morning (20 people on the day of checking out) and service is extremely slow since there is only one girl serving. Cleaning staff were rather noisy from about 8am, which means it is difficult to get any sleep after that. "

"It’s a hostel, so things are not as luxurious as at a regular hotel. Indeed, I never saw any of the hostel staff. And we had a lot of confusion regarding check-in.
