"Me encantó que no tenian a alguien que me llevara a mi habitación al hacer check-in, realmente es algo que odio de los hoteles cuando te forzan a recibir esa ayuda que a mi consideración es innecesaria en la mayoria de los casos. La atención en mostrador fué muy amable en ambas ocasiones (registro y salida). Algo lamentable es que no cuenten con desayuno gratuito considerando el costo por noche, y los costos en el menú son bastante altos. A primera vista el hotel es muy bonito y está...

"They require a $30 dll deposit cash only (I don’t know if it’s to ensure you don’t steal the crappy towels or the one glass to use in the room). At check out you have to wait for someone to check the room before they can let you check out and give your deposit back which in my case was like 20 min. Staff appears to be force to be there and thus not friendly. Facilities not worth the cost, I have stayed in better hotels for similar cost."
